It is an ideal institution for the education of your children. The Intercollege is 5 minutes drive from our location. Furthermore, high schools such as American Academy, MED HIGH SCHOOL, King Richard, Pascal school, Ormidhia – Xylotympou Gymnasium (high school), A & B primary schools are between 2-10 minutes drive from our properties.
3. Golf courses
The Dhekelia golf courses is 3 minutes drive from our properties, the Oroklini Golf 5 minutes drive and the new golf courses at Tersefanou- Larnaca 15 minutes drive.
Therefore, our properties in Ormidhia are considered Golf Courses.
4. MARINAS, PORT AND AIRPORT
The newly signed agreement for the Ayia Napa marina is no more than 7 minutes from Ormidhia. Although Ormidhia has it’s own small marina, it is now surrounded by larger and newly constructed marina such as the Larnaca marina and the Ayia Napa Marina.
Furthermore, the Larnaca international airport and the Larnaca port are about 10 minutes drive from Ormidhia.
5. Disney Land
The area of Pyla which is 3 minutes from Ormidhia will be the location of a Big Theme park similar to Disney Land which is estimated to cost 800 millions euro.
The construction of the Disney Land along with the completion of the Marina and the new golf course in Oroklini in combine with the exciting infrastructure such as UCLan univestity and other educational institutions, the new international Larnaca airport, and along with other infrastructure projects will dramatically increase the interest of investors in Larnaca Bay regions which will inevitably lead to a significant capital growth (prices will increase).
